From Homeless to a Home

The legal battles of Mother vs Sex Offender painfully continues, and mother is hoping the end is near, and that it will be victory for her and her children.  Interestingly, there is a vast difference in legal justice administered between family courts in Tarrant County and Denton County.  (Protective Parents Coalition www.ppcforchange.com; reports on the legal dysfunction of family courts.)  At the suggestion of an attorney, mother moved to Denton County, and was successful at getting her case transferred to Denton County family court system.  As a result, I can now show you a picture of mother and her six children. At this time, I cannot tell you their names.

A picture is worth a thousand words.  For mother, this is a picture of victory.  She had gone from a homeless shelter, to living with a friend and her family in a small 3-bedroom apartment, to this rental home.  I took this picture at their home just before Christmas, December 2011.  Sex Offender wants full custody of the three youngest children.

Please help defray mother’s legal expenses.  Donations of $5, $10, or any amount will be greatly appreciated.  The lives and future of the three youngest children are at stake.
